If you want to get a loan with this company; think twice! The interest is HIGH and if you ever get in a bind due to unexpected life situations such as job loss or illness. Don’t even bother calling, Capital Once Auto Finance is NO help…although they all give the same generic response, “I wish I could help you.” They still don’t!
An online payment that was scheduled for 10/18 attempted to post on 10/12 which caused my account to go into a negative state due to the NSF fee I was assessed. This is the second time this has happened. I contacted your customers service and was told there was nothing they could do. This is so unprofessional and unsettling how this continues to happen and your company is ok with taking customers money without a second thought. No im differently not please
