Over 50 days and 6 repair visits from the LG certified technicians trying to get my LG refrigerator repaired. Now LG has become on responsive. Apparently the compressor problem was a known issue when the unit went to market. The compressor was designed to run on butane but did not get certified in time so LG decided to fill it with 134 instead and sell the units and hope for the best. Turns out they make it two years and fail. LG puts this on the customer to get it repaired and there is only one certified repair facility to choose from in my area. After 6 repair attempts I have asked LG to simply replace the refrigerator. They are now not returning my calls or emails. This has been a very disappointing experience
