  1. Fallston Walmart
I have never in my years of shopping at Walmart, have I ever came encounter with an associate so pleasant. Her name was asst Mgr Chante. She was very helpful! This store needs more associates like her.

  2. I went to the Walmart Store # 00563 / OP# 007393 TE# 73 TR# 07154 : I had the Absolute Worst Customer Service, Total Lack of Customer Service Experience at the Orange City, FL., 2400 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, Orange City, FL. 32763.I needed some Pharmacy supplies, Household items and backyard supplies and I was in the Orange City, Florida Walmart for 40 minutes, yet it took me 57 minutes and 39 seconds to get through Only #1 Garden & Home Section Cashier Line. There were #10 to 15 food carts of personal, home and garden supplies shopping carts in #1 Cashier line for over an Hour for Every Individual, because I was actually the 11 person & cart in line. I asked a Walmart Garden Supplies personnel individual to please call up front and ask for a second cashier, yet he told me,”I don’t know anything about cashiers and we are Always Short Handed Cashiers in the Home & Garden Section or the West side Check-out. I asked a second & third person unloading Dog Food and Pet Supplies and Home Supplies and Both Walmart Personnel stated that never have enough people for work, stocking or especially cashiers in the Home, Garden & Pet side of the store. There are #5 Security Cameras in this interior area, just before you head out into the Garden exteriors and out the “Unattended”/ No Walmart Representative present or visible, as I walked out, after paying & I have my receipt!

In summary, I shopped between inside Walmart Store #00563/#OP#007393/TE# 73/TR#07154 for under #1 Hour. It took me 57 minutes and 39 seconds for get through the check-out, where there was Only #1 Cashier : James? and he was working as fast as he could possibly move, because he was looking at #10 to #15 of Very Angry, Dissatisfied, Disgusted and Humiliated Customers. Several customers stated that of they did not Really Need their Stuff, they would leave their complete shopping carts, right there in line, to show the Walmart Manager or Management Personnel : Who Were doing Who Know’s What to Help the Problem?? Even I ask #3 different Walmart Workers, to please call a Manager or Asst. Manager for an additional Cashier for this ridiculous stoppage of shopping & check-out, totally unacceptable lack of Cashiers and Concern for the Garden, Home and Pet Cashier Check-out Section, Even though There are # 4, 5 or 6 different security cameras Directly Over, along side and set back from the cashiers section. I would call the Employee lack of concern and care for customers Completely Unacceptable! I would call the Employee lack of concern or care to call the Front Customer Service Desk and Tell them that the Garden, Home & Pet Check-out section is getting “overrun and needs immediate help!, Complete Unacceptable!!” And when I called Walmart store at 3 to 3:30 pm and spoke with Asst. Mgr. Brian James or something, he said they never knew that there was a problem in the Garden, Home and Pet / West side Cashier Check-out area, Due to No Walmart Employee (I asked #3 for Help) had radioed in or called in the problem! I would call that Forget the Customer, To Hell with the Customers, who spend money at Walmart and No One Else Cares about the Cashier position, Why Should I?? Total No Customer Service.

I cannot wait to tell everyone I know about this store, the people working here totally do not care about the customers and then follow it up with explaining to my church folk, fellow workers, Family & Friends! Walmart Does Not Car About Customer Service and They’re version of Customer Service is Absolutely No Customer Service! Thank you for Absolutely No Customer Care, No Employee Assistance or Desire to Help and just Proving that The Orange City Walmart Store #00563 Could Not Give A Single Care for Any of they’re customers!!! I Think it’s time to Call Action Local News and Get Them to see this No Customer Service and Do a Complete an Expose’ about Walmart and the Complete Lack of Any Customer Service! Never Again! I am so ready to tell everyone, just How Bad an Experience I had and the Lady behind me had! Terrible Service leads to Customers Going Else Where to get Goods & Services! You Should be Disgusted with Yourselves!!! This is a Complete Lack of Customer Service, on : Saturday, 6/08/2019. Walmart Store # 00563/OP#007393/TE# 73/TR# 07153. 2400 Veterans Memorial Pkwy., Orange City, FL. 32763 / Phone: 386-775-1500.

    1. You say Walmart as in you’re speaking for all I work at Walmart and there’s only so many people trained and able to use the cash register everyone has a different role to play at Walmart any Walmart so if there wasn’t anyone else there to use the cash register Most do stocking get shipping in back from trucks and also have to work on the computer so much through the day also you have a 60 minute lunch set at certain times and two breaks also not everyone has a radio to communicate with others I’m leaving lots more out

  3. I posted a complaint about the out of line nightmare me and my 2 grandchildren had Saturday at harrisonville Walmart . The person that was at the cigarettes register let me put my stuff on the belt ran it up knowing I had ask for 3 packs of cigarettes I go to pay and he then proceeds to drill my grandson who is autisic if I was buying them for him . My grandson got so upset he started to have a meltdown and he wouldn’t let me buy the cigarettes I kept telling him they were mind I was paying my grandkids were in front of the register and I ask to speak to the manager he comes and said he couldn’t over ride this person that was making me and my kids go through total humiliation finally I told him keep the cigarettes and cancel it off my card . I think that you should be warned before you get to the register that if you have teenagers any person can do this to you and it’s just wrong . Post a sign that says you must be 21 to checkout on a tobacco register. Place it before you get to the register and go through what I did . Harrisonville Walmart manager didn’t help by continually saying it’s the law . The law said I can buy cigarettes I’m 65 years old I was paying they had no right to call me a liar in front of the whole store put my autisic Grandson to the point that he won’t quit talking about it and doesn’t want to go to Walmart afraid he will see that man that harassed his grandmother in front of the whole store ended a prefect evening we had just seen Lion King we didn’t go to Walmart to be humiliated.

  4. It would be great if the company could answer their messages on Facebook. I tried Twitter also but did not get a reply. I suppose I will have to do it the old fashioned way and contact the corporate office phone number.
